Receptionist

We are looking for a professional, organized, and welcoming Receptionist to join our team in Narsapuram. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers, ensuring smooth and efficient office operations. The role requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, taking accurate messages when necessary.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Perform basic administrative and clerical support tasks (e.g., filing, photocopying, scheduling).
  • Maintain office security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Any Degree is a plus)
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) for basic documentation.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Telugu and English.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.

Preferred Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or Administrative Assistant.
  • (Freshers with strong interpersonal skills and relevant training are also encouraged to apply).
