Cleaner

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Cleaner/Housekeeper to join our organization in Narsapuram. The ideal candidate should be able to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and orderliness across all assigned areas of the facility (office, school, hotel, etc.). The role involves essential tasks like sweeping, mopping, dusting, proper waste disposal, and ensuring that the workplace remains neat, comfortable, and hygienic for everyone. The candidate must be disciplined, punctual, and capable of following detailed cleaning schedules effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean floors, rooms, offices, washrooms, and common areas regularly and thoroughly according to the required schedule.
• Dust and polish furniture, windows, shelves, and equipment as needed to maintain a professional appearance.
• Dispose of waste properly, including sorting recyclable and non-recyclable materials, and maintaining cleanliness around dustbins.
• Refill cleaning supplies (soap, paper towels, sanitizers) in washrooms and report any shortages to the supervisor promptly.
• Ensure strict hygiene and follow all safety and sanitation guidelines, particularly in shared facilities.
• Maintain all cleaning tools and equipment (mops, buckets, vacuum cleaners) in good, usable condition.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Basic reading and understanding skills are required (formal education is not necessary).
• Technical Skills: Ability to handle and use cleaning equipment and supplies properly and safely.
• Physical Stamina: Good physical strength and stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
• Attributes: Highly responsible, punctual, disciplined, and able to follow instructions accurately.
• Attitude: Positive work ethic and a willingness to cooperate as part of a larger team.

Preferred Experience

• 0–3 years of experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeping work.
• (Freshers with a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic are welcome to apply.)
